BIPO’s season opening concert brings two of the most famed and celebrated violin virtuosos of our times together. Daniel Hope, includes music in every aspect of his life not only as a solo violinist but also as an author, producer, musical activist and broadcaster. Violinist Vadim Repin appears regularly in concerts with the world's leading orchestras. His trademark style is defined as “fiery passion with impeccable technique, poetry, and sensitivity”. He is one of the star performers enthusiastically followed by classical music audiences. Hope and Repin will come together for the first performance of British composer Mark-Anthony Turnage’s new double violin concerto entitled "Shadow Walker", and all eyes will be on the BIPO opening concert for this world premiere.
