BIPO & ALEXANDER LIEBREICH

The new concert recording titled “BIPO & Alexander Liebreich” will be online via borusansanat.tv on August 1, 2021 at 11.30! Conductor Alexander Liebreich, the winner of the ICMA 2018 award for “Contemporary Music” meets with BIPO at this concert. We will hear Für Lennart in Memoriam for string orchestra composed by Arvo Pärt in 2006, Joseph Haydn’s “Trauer” Symphony of which he willed the Adagio to be played at his own funeral, and Richard Strauss’ masterpiece for strings Metamorphosen in which his melodies born from each other portray “transformations.”
