BIPO and Borusan Quartet At The SCHLESWIG-HOLSTEIN Musik Festival!

Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra and Borusan Quartet will perform four concerts at the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, one of Europe’s largest regional festivals!

Celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival (SHMF) stands as one of the world's most spectacular international cultural events. Spanning the entire province, the festival presents concerts not only in grand concert halls but also in extraordinary venues such as churches, palace gardens, ferries, and shipyard buildings. This year’s festival themes are Istanbuland Fazıl Say.

As part of this festival, our Germany tour will feature two concerts with BIPO under the baton of Carlo Tenan, accompanying Fazıl Say. These performances will take place at Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg and at Deutsches Haus in Flensburg. BIPO will make history as the first Turkish orchestra to perform at Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg’s most acoustically renowned and magnificent venue. Borusan Quartet will take the stage with a single programme in Sieseby and Niebüll.
