Cancellation

Dear Audience,

We inform you that our concert BIPO & Valeriy Sokolov at the Zorlu PSM on Thursday, 9 February 2023, is canceled due to an earthquake in Kahramanmaras that affected the surrounding cities yesterday morning.

About ticket refund:
The ticket fees of our guests who have purchased a PDF ticket or have requested box office delivery but have not received their ticket yet will be automatically refunded to their credit cards.  Tickets must be refunded to Passo box offices to start the refund process for our guests who physically receive their tickets. Our Premium, Classic, and Young Cardholders can initiate their ticket refund processed by sending an e-mail from their Passo membership address to iletisim@passo.com.tr.
