Cancellation

Dear Audience,

We had to cancel our concert BIPO & Ji-Yeong Mun at the Zorlu PSM Turkcell Stage on Thursday, 9 March 2023, as Zorlu PSM opens its doors to another event on the same date.

About ticket refund:
The ticket fees of our guests who have purchased a PDF ticket or have requested box office delivery but have not received their ticket yet will be refunded to their credit cards. Tickets must be returned to Passo box offices to start the refund process for our guests who physically receive their tickets.

For our Cardholders:

Ticket refunds our Premium, Classic, and Young Cardholders who purchase their tickets online will be provided to their cards, and for those who have bought their tickets can initiate their ticket refund process by sending their name, surname, IBAN, and account information via e-mail addresses from their Passo membership address to iletisim@passo.com.tr
