Program Change Announcement

Dear Guests,

We would like to inform our audience that due to health issues; Marlis Petersen will not be performing at the BIPO & MARLIS PETERSEN scheduled to take place on Thursday, April 20th, 2023, at the Zorlu PSM Turkcell Stage. In accordance with the program, Patrick Hahn will be conducting the Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra. BIPO will be performing F. Schmitt's opus 50 La Tragédie de Salomé, together with Bruckner's 4th Symphony in E flat Major.

Thank you for your understanding. Our guests who request a ticket refund can initiate the refund process by following steps.

About ticket refund:
The ticket fees of our guests who have purchased a PDF ticket or have requested box office delivery but have not received their ticket yet can create a ticket refund request under My Tickets - My Entertainment Tickets after logging into their Passo account. Tickets must be returned to Passo box offices to start the refund process for our guests who physically receive their tickets.

For our Cardholders:
Ticket refunds our Premium, Classic, and Young Cardholders can initiate their ticket refund process by sending their name, surname, IBAN, and account information via e-mail addresses from their Passo membership address to iletisim@passo.com.tr.
