The new concert recording titled “Endless Horizons” will be online via borusansanat.tv on May 12, 2024, at 11.30!

In another concert where the Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra shared the stage with celebrated violin virtuosos from around the world, we meet Midori, commemorating her 40th year in the art scene in 2022. Last season, Midori had performed Detlev Glanert’s Violin Concerto no.2, a new work co-commissioned by BIPO, with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra at Carnegie Hall. She presented this striking works to the audience, this time accompanied by BIPO. Carlo Tenan conducted BIPO in this concert, where Brahms’s Symphony no.2, one of the most beloved works in the history of symphonies, is also performed.

The pre-concert talk with Aydın Büke and Füsun Özgüç will be online from 11.00.
