BIPO is proud to give yet another concert with a world-famous violin virtuoso this season. Jan Mráček, winner of the Fritz Kreisler Competition, is hailed as a star that is “gifted with phenomenal musicality, is able to give the content of every single phrase, every motif.” Mráček has performed outstanding works of the violin repertoire, especially of the romantic period, with well-established orchestras such as the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, Zurich Tonhalle and Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra, will perform Brahms’ exquisite violin concerto with BIPO. For this concert, BIPO will be conducted by Carlo Tenan, one of Europe’s most famous conductors renowned for both his operas and orchestral concerts.
