In this concert, Borusan Quartet will perform two beloved works by Ludwig van Beethoven and César Franck, who have both left a unique legacy in chamber music repertoire despite being from different periods and schools. The guest soloist of the evening will be pianist Özgür Aydın, a master of chamber music renowned for his orchestral performances and recitals on prestigious festival stages, including Salzburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Rheingau, Edinburgh, and Ravinia. He has received high praise from critics, especially for his recordings of Beethoven’s 32 piano sonatas, five concertos, and J.S. Bach’s The Well-Tempered Clavier.
